EA reboot FIFA Street managed to knock Mass Effect 3 off the top spot this week managing to become the best selling title in the series to date. Just below FIFA Street and Mass Effect 3 were two more EA published titles, SSX and FIFA 2012. EA must be happy with that.
Mario Party 9 still manages to sell well considering it’s on the slowly fading Wii with Mario & Sonic at the London Olympics just behind. Rage, Zumba, Assassin’s Creed Revelations and Modern Warfare 3 make up the rest of the top ten.
In terms of other new releases, crazy car combat game Twisted Metal debuted at 12th while Yakuza: Dead Souls failed to make the top forty or even the top twenty for the PS3 chart.
