There were a number of bigger releases last Friday and it was sci-fi shooter Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier that managed to claim the top spot knocking previous number one Max Payne 3 down to two. Capcom RPG Dragon’s Dogma meanwhile managed third place, just ahead of Codemaster’s destructive racer DiRT Showdown.
Outside the top ten, Mario Tennis Open on 3DS managed an eleventh place entry with the last new entry being the Doctor Who tie-in The Eternity Clock appearing in 34th.
There were also a number of new releases that failed to make the chart including Men in Black: Alien Crisis, Rune Factory Oceans, Atelier Merurur: The Apprentice of Arland, Sorcery and oddly enough Woodcutter Simulator 2012. The full top forty is posted below.
