How on Earth do THQ plan to top the insanely crazy third Saint’s Row?

It has been uncovered that THQ have registered a number of new domains. EnterTheDominatrix.com and IAmSaintsRow.com obviously pointing to the Saint’s Row 3 expansion Enter the Dominatrix (originally planned as a standalone release later this year) which will now be part of Saints Row 4.

Even more interesting however are the domains for mysterious project 1666 which include 1666Amsterdam.com and 1666TheGame.com. According to Superannuation, it had been originally speculated since the trademark first appeared that 1666 referenced the Great Fire of London, however with the added Amsterdam, it looks like these guesses are likely wrong.

“The only other possibility that comes to mind is an Amsterdam Avenue, which does have a 1666 address — and the number in context of an address seems to evoke a horror subtext,” said the Internet sleuth. “Could 1666 be a new name for Guillermo Del Toro’s InSane?”

Of course this could all be totally wrong. Guess we’ll have to wait until THQ reveal more on 1666.
