Square are finally releasing details on the Wii U version

Square Enix have confirmed the showing of Dragon Quest X at Tokyo Game Show this year, delivering the first details of the highly anticipated Wii U version. The Wii version of the game was released in Japan last month selling a decent amount (although a lot less than previous entries in the series) and until now we’ve heard nothing on the HD version.

In the press release on Square Enix’s official site, the translated page promises “the introduction of new information about the Wii U version”, which includes details of the battle system, data delivery and also a photo competition.

The show will be held on September 20th – 23rd so expect the news to drop around then.
