Clearly the better Resident Evil game of 2012

Capcom will port 3DS game Resident Evil: Revelations to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, according to a ratings board listing.

PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game have appeared on the Korean Ratings Board.

Revelations originally launched for 3DS in January of this year and was met with positive response (check out our review here to see what we thought). It marked a return to Resident Evil’s slower-paced survival horror, with less of Resident 5 (and 6′s) constant gunplay and explosions.

With Resident Evil 7 likely some years away (and not for this console generation), a quick port of Revelations seems a logical step.

Presumably the game will be released as a downloadable title, as previous re-releases from the series have been sold.
