EA is slowly revealing it’s hand for the Wii U

It was recently revealed that EA is bringing Madden 13 and FIFA 13 to the Wii U, but what about some of their other sports games? According to a reader on GoNintendo who contacted an EA customer service rep something could be on the cards. When asking if NHL 13 had a chance of coming to Wii U, the rep replied that they had “no official information on that subject at the moment”, but that he should “definitely keep your eyes open in the coming weeks”.

Gamescom is taking place very shortly so could we perhaps be seeing an announcement then? It does seem a strange move that EA didn’t announce this at it’s Summer Showcase, along with FIFA and Madden. Although maybe they’re trickling out the information piece by piece so as not to overwhelm. Whatever the case we’ll be keeping our eyes peeled for any news on the pucking good sport.
