Namco Bandai is teasing something related to “All-Star Battle” according to a teaser site that appeared over the weekend, featuring various real-life photographs along with a countdown that will end this Thursday.
Of course eager Nintendo fans have jumped with excitement at the idea that all this may be pointing toward the next Super Smash Bros. being revealed, since news broke last week that Namco Bandai was working with Project Sora on the forth entry. Speculation’s is pointing in the direction of the Wii U and 3DS brawler. But surely it’s too early? The project has “just gotten started,” according to creator Sakurai after all.
Perhaps we could be seeing a developer blog being revealed similar to that of the Smash Bros. Dojo? Or could it be possible that Namco Bandai are planning their own title utilising characters from their major franchises? We’ll have all the news as its revealed Thursday.
