A mysterious countdown timer has appeared on the website of Peter Molyneux’s development studio Lionhead. If my calculations are correct then the timer will end next Monday which just so happens to be the day this year’s GDC starts in San Francisco.

What could it be?

This comes straight after news of Lionhead posting a job ad on their site suggesting next gen development at the studio. Lionhead are currently working on the Kinect title Fable: The Journey but this could be in reference to an entirely new project?

Guess we’ll find out on Monday.
