High Voltage have revealed on their official website that they are a registered developer for Wii U. What titles they are working on is still a mystery however.
With the company previously announcing they were working on a 3DS title, it comes as no surprise that they would also be taking on the newest home console too.
While High Voltage have been behind game versions of some big Marvel names such as Ironman 2 and Captain America: Super Solider, it is probably the two Conduit titles that they are best known for. Both in the series however have split opinions of gamers. Many have praised the game for it’s looks and commitment of the development team into making them some of the best shooters on the Wii, while others have complained about the generic locations, enemies and boring story.
High Voltage were busy working on a game for the Wii called The Grinder, a Left 4 Dead style shooter that showed a lot of promise. Since it’s debut though things have been deadly silent. Perhaps we could see it make the move over to the Wii U? Or maybe they’re working on an entirely new project.
What do you guys think? Would you like to see a third Conduit title? The Grinder being made for the Wii U? Or something fresh and new?
