Codemasters has released a teaser trailer for a new racer and while the title hasn’t been specifically mentioned, it’s a pretty safe bet to put your money on it being GRID 2.

The brief video simply shows a car burning it’s tyres in slow motion before the number ’2′ appears at the end, while also pointing to an August 8th reveal.

Official Xbox Magazine UK claimed in a recent issue that “The Grid team at Codemasters is actively working on GRID 2. It’s likely to arrive after the release of F1 2012 [in September].”
