Ivory Tower, a studio formed by former Test Drive Unlimited developers, is currently constructing a racing game for the next-gen PlayStation. That’s according to the CV of an artist, which lists the “confidential game” for Xbox 360, PS3 and “PS4″. Could we be seeing a third entry in the series making it’s way to next gen consoles?
