Ubisoft has announced Assassin’s Creed 3 will launch on Tuesday, 30th October 2012.

The confirmation came from Ubisoft boss Yves Guillemot who said the development team had been working on the game for three years. ”We will push the title a lot because it’s a fantastic product that the team has been working on for three years,” he said. “What we have seen is just fabulous.”

PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of Assassin’s Creed 3 are on the way with a Wii U Assassin’s Creed promised too. Whether this is the same game as the other formats or an entirely new adventure is unknown.
